Centered in the heart of Appalachia, RETI unites three R1 institutions—WVU, the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University—and 60+ regional partners across research, workforce, capital, nonprofits, communities, and government. 

All with a shared vision: develop technologies that solve the country’s most pressing energy challenges while catapulting an economic boom across the region.
